Anusha Harishankar

Anusha completed her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, and master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology in India.  She then worked as an Associate Scientific Officer at the Tata Medical Center in Kolkata, India, focusing mainly on viral diagnostics in cancer patients. Her current research focus is the intersecting roles of several enteropathogenic E. coli secreted proteins in manipulating host cell physiology and causing disease. She is passionate about Science, but is also interested in wars and history, and cricket.
