Marielle Buss

Marielle completed her undergraduate degree in Science, with a major in Microbiology from the Ohio Wesleyan University. She is the point-person for the C. difficile surveillance efforts, identifying and characterizing strains responsible for infections in Arizona hospitals. Beyond monitoring the strains, she contributes to genome sequencing and analysis studies, and the genetic manipulation of novel strains.
